FAQ/CANCELLATION POLICY

What is your cancellation Policy?

Vacation Pet Sits

ALL BOOKINGS: Cancellations made 21 days or more before the start of the services will receive a full refund. 

CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF START DATE:

Reservations that include a weekend or bookings longer than three days will be refunded if I am able to fill the reservation with another booking. 

If I am not able to fill the reservation you will forfeit the total amount of the fees.  

If it does not include a weekend or is shorter then 3 days 1 weeks' notice is required for a full refund.

*Deposits or payments are not transferable to other dates or people.

When you book pet care services with me, I reserve that time exclusively for you.  This often means turning down other requests and rearranging personal commitments to ensure I am available for your pets. As such, once a reservation is confirmed, the full amount is due prior to commencement -even in the event you return home early or cancel on short notice.

Dog Walking-

24 hours notice required or you will be responsible for the fee

Are you Insured and Bonded?

Yes!  Through Petsitllc.com

Do you have any employees or partners?

Nope! It's just me!  However, if I am not available, I can recommend others, but they are not covered under my insurance and the details are to be worked out between you and the individual.

On occasion my husband might accompany me.      

This would apply more for my vacation pet sit clients.  We live in rural Sedro-Woolley, so if the weather is bad or roads are poor for my safety, I might ask him to drive me.  Also, if it is a night visit and it's a new location I might request him to accompany me. I will advise you prior to these events and he will NOT be handling any of the animals, doing any of the duties or entering any of the residences.
